SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: KW-AVX710 Screen stays black (off) untill I hit the open button

So I decided to verify all the connections after I got frustrated with it. Everything was correct except one wire that was on the new harness I got that for my car that was labeled "12V fused" (supposedly the key on power source). I tested it with my volt meter and it did not have power at any time, even with the key on. The constant power source wire was hooked up so that's why I was able to open the face and eject CD's and DVD's but not do anything else (like when your ignition is off). So I ran a new wire from my fuse panel and everything works now. Just like my Thermodynamcis professor says "nullius in verba" (take no one's word for it), just because the wire was labeled doesn't mean it's right! Hope this helps.....

If there is no display, but other functions working properly. Then the problem is related to display connecting wires. In the unit there is a main circuit board. The display board gets power from main board. But if the connecting wires between main board and display board is loose or short then screen will be white. The unit needs to be disassembled and internal wiring connections are to be checked. If there is loose soldering inside then just re-solder the loose wires and recheck. If there is any component got short or burnt out then that particular component is to be replaced. -------- This should help.Thanks.Helpmech.

You can try disconnecting the battery for like 15 seconds and it should restart your stereo and might work again good luck!

You can reset the radio, there is usually a small reset button that you need a small pin to push or you could disconnect the battery for five mins and reconnect. See if that helps.

Dryer of stacked W/D unit (Frigidaire FLEB8200DSO) is producing way too much heat. My research suggests the problem is the control thermostat, but I can't find definitive info on where the part is or...

Hello,
On the stacking laundry center the cycling thermostat is going to be in the bottom of the dryer blower housing. Remove the diagonal panel between the washer and control panel and remove plate behind that outer panel to access the cycle t-stat. BUT FIRST check that the venting is clear and not restricted from the dryer all the way to where it goes outside.when a dryer feels extra hot its usually because the heat isnt being vented and it builds up in the dryer, also make sure the blower wheel is not broke and turning, usually if its bad a clucking noise is made at start of dryer and when it stops but quite th erest of the time.

I hope this helps you to fix your dryer,
Gene

Hello I recently bought the phillipsgogear vibe and I don't know how to down load songs to the MP3 player

here are two methods for loading that model i know they're long but they will work either one will do whatever you prefer :)

**Drag and Drop**
Connect your MP3 player to the computer. Some MP3 players connect directly to a USB port, while others connect to a USB port by way of a specific USB connector that comes with the MP3 player. Open the folder on the computer that contains the music files you want to transfer. This is usually the "My Music" folder, available from the "Start" menu, but it can be any folder where you save your music files. Scroll down to the song you want to transfer to the MP3 player. Right-click on the title. When the options are displayed, click on "Send To." Scroll down the "Send To" options and select your MP3 player. This can be listed as your MP3 player's name or as "Removable Drive." Click on this selection. Continue this process until you have transferred all songs that you want to your MP3 player.
--**Windows Media Player**--
If you have a large playlist to transfer, you may prefer to do it from your media player, such as Windows Media Player. Once your MP3 player is connected to the computer, open Windows Media Player. Click on the "Sync Music" tab. Drag songs that you want from your Windows Media Library over to the "Sync Music" column to create a playlist. Click the "Begin Sync" tab at the bottom once you have all of the songs on your playlist. This action will sync all of the songs to your MP3 player with one click. Disconnect your device once songs have been transferred by clicking on the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon in the bottom-right side of the desktop tray.
