This problem is happening for the software error. If your set is in warranty period, then you have to contact to your Sony Ericsson Service Centre. If not, then you can contact any service centre for the installing the software in your mobile. It is chargeble.
your mobile software got corrupted...please go to your nearest sony ericsson customer care....if warranty period of the mobile is still there....they ll reinstall the software for free...other wise they charge u some minimum cost....
There is nothing can be done with this issue . If you are mobile is in the warranty period you can claim for replacement ,else you need to take to local repair to check the connectivity between the motherboard and all keypads . There is a risk involved in it if you try to repair it in home .

Go to sony ericsson website and search for battery genuineness checking page. Provide your battery serial no. and check whether its original battery or not. If its fake, then approach the dealer from whom you bought this mobile.
You can go to a consumer court, which is quite easy. I had a similar problem for a phone I had bought, C510. Within one week the USB port became faulty. They refused to replace the phone, but when I said I am going to the consumer court to a call center guy that I had talked to, they had called me up from their side and sent the phone in two days.
