My sebo felix is completely dead - i have checked the fuse and that is ok

Most likely this is a problem with the flex. Quite often it gets damaged (simply wear and tear) - most commonly just where it leaves the plug or where it enters the machine, as these points are subject to the most strain and flexing. Unless you feel confident dealing with electrical problems, you are best advised to let a professional repairer look at the machine.
If you want more help, post a reply here, and I'll see what I can do. Good luck!

Unit dead after power surge Model Pv7451 tape inside unit

Sounds like a blown fuse. If the fuse is ok, then the power supply is completely dead, probably blew out the power IC. You should at least be able to get the tape out by simply manually turning the tape deck motor until the tape releases and exits the machine. It isn't always easy and can take a while to do if your turning it by hand, but it always works.

Karcher washer went dead

Dear jimbocom,
The problem is that the spill valve got stuck. When the machine is working and the gun is closed, a valve( spill valve) moves with the accumilated pressure and switches the machine off. So what happened is that when the spill valve did its job, it found no water...and remained stuck. This leaving the machine in an off position. Service and lubrication to the spill valve must be done or completely replacing with a new spill valve. In my opinion you have no serious damage, but this job must be carried out by an expirienced technician.

If the AC power source (outlet) is ok and the line cord and fuse are ok but the unit is completely dead, you may have a problem with the internal switching power supply.

Locate the switching power supply and see if there is a fuse on its circuit board.

Completely dead units are typically caused by a failure in the power supply section.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance to you.

Good luck!
