When i turn on the machine the "!" flash fast constantly and the "drop"light turn on; i turn the nob for the hot water but nothing comes out no water or steam...nothing works..i can hear the engine runnin but nothing happen..if i try for a while top ligth and bottom ligth start flashing continuosly.

It is telling to purge the air in the water line. Make sure there is no filter in the water tank and turn on the knob. The pump should **** the water and let it out from the steam arm.Hope it works.

The main reason for the Fast flashing red is with the water flow meter. located at the back part of the machine below the power connector - its functionality can be checked in diagnostic mode . see attached pictures its either stuck due to in proper descaling or have corrosion in the connector contact of the flow meter. Try unplugging the machine and turn the dial all the way around once back to where you would normally start your wash do not pull out the nob to start the cycle until you have plugged the machine back in, this will sometimes reset the main controller (the control nob you turn) if this does not work chances are you need a new controll switch or timer as some people call it, hope this helps.
you need to shut off the the red nob and turn the nob off in front take the cover off remove the heat shield turn the nob on top to pilot use a piece of paper to light put in next to pilot and hold button down for 20 to 50 secs pilot should stay lit turn nob on front then burner should kick on then you should be all good
I think it's to late but for others how meet the same problemFirst use must begin a self clean using the tape for hot water and press the blinking water drops button
You have to 'manually' prime the pump: When the red exclamation mark shows, press the water switch on the right side (the picture of the water drip), then open up the steam nozzle and let the machine pump hot water into a cup until the red light goes out.

unplugged it and waiting, nothing. I flipped the breaker, nothing. I
finally turned it to a setting, and turned on nob on the dry, and it
started clicking. I turned off the dry, and hit the start button, and it started right up...
If the next time you use it and it's fine then you did succeed in resetting the system and will be alright! Let me know that we were successful!
