Camera won't install on an XP Box (by 2 users)

I have not been able to get this camera to install. Windows recognizes it but can't find the drivers. The Logitech software can't find the camera. I have the latest software off the website. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

I have the same issue,Downloaded the correct software from the logitech site and when prompted to plug in the webcam the software won't notice it.Winxp pops up the new hardware wizard but is unable to find the drivers.Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
