Question about Panasonic KX-T7730 Corded Phone
Panasonic restrictions are a function of Class of Service and Toll Restrictions (COS and TRS). Each system is different and your phone can actually work on one of about 18 different Panasonic systems. Some of the early systems (30810, 61610, 123211D) had very little to offer in the way of restrictions as they were designed before the NANP, but they still should have simple restrict first digit 1 and 0. The later systems will let you restrict everything (xxx) and then allow numbers from a table or specific patterns.
Check the features manual for your particular system under TRS for examples and construction of the restrict/allow tables.
