Follow the following steps to overcome this problem:

  1. Locate the "Brake" wire (usually the pink wire).
  2. Connect the "Brake" wire to a negative point, e.g. body of vehicle.
  3. Test by playing a DVD and your problems have been solved.

you need to wire up the pink color wire (handbrake), connect to the handbrake and when you apply it you'll be watching video.
There is two wires at the handbrake, one of them will show you ground when the handbrake is applied, you'll need a voltmeter to check continuity between ground and the wire you trying to connect.
Put the handbrake up, then touch the black lead side of the voltmeter (set at continuity) to ground and the other (read) to one of the handbrake wire, if you hear a beep is because this the the ground wires if not touch the other wire until you hear the beep and connect it to the handbrake DVD wire.

I just installed the unit, reset it twice, and the DVD screen is not working, and is saying "WARNING: Please Stop Watch Video" What does that mean?

I do not know this specific unit, but it sounds like a safety device built into the unit so you cant watch the screen whilst driving.. it may be that you have ommitted a sensor wire or got a sensor wire reversed.

Re-check all your wiring and make sure that the ignition live and the battery live wires have not been reversed...

This is a problem with break wire. I too expierienced this. It is NOT a problem with radio. You need to ground the break wire in the harness. It is a protection wire so that it knows the emergency break is on. In other words it is supposed to stop you from watching movies while driving. Grounding the wire disbales the feature thinking the break is on. If you want to use the safety feature properly it should be connected to the emergency break switch that is grounded when pulled up or on.
