a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: It is asking me for

you would need to put in the activation key that cam with windows xp. somewhere in the folder the windows xp cd is in then go to start>all programs>accessories> system tools > activated windows then enter that key...p.s. if you do not have the key you just have to buy a new windows copy or live with it soon it might say you're a victim of software counterfeiting but it doesnt really affect anything with your computer

Hi there,

We, at FixYa, do not supply activation codes of any kind. Product key replacement is done solely through Microsoft. Microsoft includes the Product key with the documentation that came with the install CD.

If it has been lost there is a remedy, but finding the right place to do it can be daunting. Here's how to cut through the red tape, most of it anyhow:

Click here to bring up Microsoft's product replacement page.

Scroll down a few lines.
On the left side, under the second “More Information” header, click on “Replacement Product Key”.

This will walk you through the procedure. You'll be up and running in no time.
