You know when you go to unlock your car using a button on the key? You raise the key, point it toward the car and thumb the button down. Hold this phone the same way but do it with two hands.
both thumbs on the back of the phone and push your two thumbs down and forward. You should feel the back pop for you revealing the battery which u can now remove.
