Hello,

You can do it yourself. First backup all your data on a USB dribve or somewhere else.
Now Simply insert the CD/DVD of the OS which you want to install. (WIndows XP/Windows 7).
Make sure it should be bootable. Restart your machien and Let the Installation begin.. It will ask for you to press any key to Setup Continue.. Press any key. Now just follow the Steps as provided in the screen in third screen where get the option to choose C:\ or D:\ here you can choose C and use format option.

With regards
FIXYA team.

look for a technician to fix it or your keyboard is locked in your laptop. also try to reformat your laptop, maybe a virus prevents your keyboard to function properly or a file is corrupted.

For completely reformat the drive you need any operating system CD.
Like windows xp,windows vista windows 7 etc.
Then boot from cd and when you when partition manager show just delete all the drive and reallocate the space for new drive part.
Be sure you need to install new os to get working the computer and also Be sure that YOUR ALL DATA WILL BE DELETED.
BACKUP EVERYTHING BEFORE DELETE IT.

If You Have A Restore Partition On The Laptop, You Can Use An F Key To Take You To Your Restore Partition... the key is usually F10, but on some laptops it differs... Try Other F Keys if F10 does not work... Its Not The Boot Menu Settings Screen and Its Not THe Bios Setup Utility Screen, Its A Separate Route To A Hidden Partition...
You Might Need An Operating System CDRom if You Cannot access the restore partition, Run CHKDSK from the repair utility , and possibly FIXBOOT/FIXMBR to repair your Boot Config Files.
