Question about LG Cell Phones
You can only obtain the Personal Unblocking Key from the network service provider.
If you have only just obtained the phone and do not require the existing phone number then you can just replace the SIM card to get the phone working. Note that the phone may require unlocking (different to the PUK code issue) to use another SIM card, but if the SIM is the same network as the existing PUK blocked SIM then you should be good to go.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
