Hy u better check your phone in the mobile service shop the is a small connection between keypad and display if the connetion is cutted means you will get this problem it may take 150 to solve your problem so check there

Hi generally keypad fault is relating to the malfunction/damage of it's IC (filter).So, to fix this problem the best way is to contact mobile repairing shop.Because, we can fix only after the changing of Key pad IC....But if you wish to do,you can merely try to clean the board by opening the complete case.Good luck.Thanks for visiting fixya

The keys 1&3 are not working on n73

Hello Friend, For solving your problem just service your phone if you are familiar to opening your mobile phone then unscrew the phone open the keypad the open the keypad sticker generally white colored on the circuit then connect or shot the two terminals of key which is not working for a short time then check it whether it work or not? probably this may solve your problem if not solved then their may be IC problem you have to change your keypad IC this may done bye any mobile expert so go to nearby mobile repairer. Hope this will solve your problem Best of luck ...

Keypad is not working at all

Hi!... You will need a technical guy with this type of problem, a keypad IC. Its responsible for sending inputs to your phones processor. If I would service it i will reheat the IC or change it.... Your other optinon would be if your phone is under warranty better avail it... or if not try to see a celphone technician.

Keypad problem

see ur connecter with ur keypad must have got shooked up, so what u can do is u can go to the vendor they will fixit up for u.
