Question about Televison & Video
Sometimes, the TV may display a black screen, now you need to check the cables whether they are properly plugged or not. Reconnecting all the cables can also work for this problem. Also, if the screen has a screen saver, check how it's set up. And, if nothing works for this issue, then there is a possibility that the lamp, rear projection, or the LCD panel may have been damaged. Now, you need to check your warranty card of your television and see your set comes under the manufacturer's warranty period. Call the customer service for technical problem and get replaced if a part demands it.
And for the sound, there is a possibility that there is a burnt capacitor on a panel in the television.
Have it replaced and the television will be in good condition once again.
