You might want to try and reboot your computer into "safe mode" and look for a viral/malware infection.
This is done via re-booting, hitting the F8 key till you get a DOS like screen. At the top you should get a "Safe mode" and "Safe mode with Networking" option. You want the 'with networking' option.
What you can then do is go to Google and search for Free Online Virus Scan,... I use Bit Defender for my hopeless cases and it seems to do a good job.
Hopefully that will get the culprit...
