Question about Frigidaire 30" Self-Cleaning Freestanding Electric Range - White-on-White
Hi, F90 is usually a faulty Door Lock Motor.
A way to try to fix it would be removing , then reapplying power, the door locks should cycle until they detect (by switches) that they are in the open position. If that does not work you may want to check the switch as well as the motor, but It is dangerous voltage in there. If you are handy and safety oriented you may want to pull out the lock motor and have a look at those switches and wiring as it may be stuck/burnt.
You may wan't to call a service professional out to look at it. Might run you about $200 for a new motor (parts and labor)

Error Code E90 typically means that you have a faulty motor door latch, lock motor assembly, door light switch or a defective EOC. You would need this to be diagnosed by a professional technician in order to properly repair the wall oven.
