SOURCE: Broke the 12v DC plug on our Rubbermaid/Vector

A generic plug should work...just be sure to size the fuse correctly to protect the unit. Most thermoelectric units draw about 4 to 5 amps...so a 10 amp fuse usually works.

SOURCE: we need a drain plug for a Rubbermaid 48qt cooler,

You should get the number from the bottom of the cooler and then call Rubbermaid at 888-295-2110 and ask for the replacement part. I'm looking for the same thing, but am away from the product for the number so I was told to call back.

How do I clean the wheels on my bucket

Clean any hair / lint / fluff off the sides of the wheels / axles. Give them a spray with a silicone lube. That should do it. If the wheels have gone flat on one side due to being dragged around the floor, you could try a hardware store to see if they can match up replacement wheels. Or try Rubbermaid direct ??

Please help me as I purchased a Rubbermaid Home & Office Cart model 4401 and need to know which are the correct caster wheels for it.Is it the 5 in. 2 rigid and the 2 swivel with the 4 holes or is it...

I see the description says, "500-lb. capacity model has ... 5in dia. casters for extra stability. .... Four nonmarking casters two swivel."

As to screw size, I can't estimate without seeing it, so I would suggest going to a place that sells it.
But you could also ask Rubbermaid:
"For replacement parts, please contact Rubbermaid Consumer Service by calling 1-888-895-2110 Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ET or by email using our contact form."

Rubbermaid Shed: Broken Latch (Part # HIP-046H)

Got to Rubbermaid's replacement part link below and fill out the form. Let them know that you need to replace an HIP-046H latch.

http://www.rubbermaid.com/SupportCenter/Pages/ContactInformationForm.aspx?ContId=72&Id=4

I filled out this form and received a better, metallic replacement latch in about 10 days. Hope this helps.

Thermoelectic cooler not cooling properly

I think you've actually diagnosed your problem. Get that fan moving and you'll probably make this go away. Rubbermaid has a website and decent customer service. If you're in warranty...go there first.
