Question about Audio Players & Recorders

1 Answer

Okay, I'm pretty sure I know how to add Videos and EBook to my MP3 player, but the question is, why will the video only show up on the computer? My other question is how do I download the videos and EBook?

MP3 players can only play videos with a certain file format, where as the computer can play a several types of video file formats.
The video files will need to be converted to a format suitable for your MP3 player. please click on this link for instructions for converting video files suitable for MP3 players :-

How do you add videos on a RCA Opal?????

alright, its pretty easy all you have to do (if your using a windows based computer) is go to the start menu in the bottom right hand corner and go to My Computer. If your opal is plugged in with the mini-usb it will show up in the disk drive part of the window that opens. double click it and youll see the folders...drag the videos to the Videos folder

Hey

I'm not sure that this will work for every type of mp3 player, but on an Insignia you have a few options. One is that you can download and figure out how to work a system like Rapsody, which should usually work okay but it's sort of a hassle if you don't have it already. What I would recommend is to (make sure you've first plugged your mp3 into your computer) open the video file. You can do this by 1) go to your start menu, 2) double click on "My Computer", 3) double click "Insignia Video Player", 4) open the internal memory, and open the video file (labed "videos"). Then once you have that file opened you can just copy and paste your video from it's home file to your video file.

Sorry that this explanation was so long, but I wanted to make it pretty clear. This usually works IF THE VIDEO IS IN A SUPPORTED FORMAT.

Hello.

how to add music:

1. Turn on MP3 player, go to 'Settings', put USB mode to MSC
2. Connect MP3 player to the computer
3. Click the 'Start' button, go to 'My Computer'
4. Under my computer, there should be a drive labeled 'Removable Disk', this is the MP3 player,
5. Drag your audio files to this location (audio files have to be MP3 or UNPROTECTED Windows Media Audio Files)

Video Conversion

Videos have to be MTV format, make sure videos play on your computer before you convert the videos:
