Right trigger belives it is on constantly

If I understand you right, under my Xbox go to family settings and you can change the age rating of games allowed or turn off console safety all together.

A pass code is set of 4 buttons pressed to access a profile or possibly the console if family controls are in place. The code is a combination of x, y, a, left bumper n trigger, right bumper n trigger. The combination can be anything from left, right, left, right on the triggers to a, left bumper, x, right trigger. There is no default so someone must have set it for you. Start guessing ;)

I've managed to come across this from someone who called microsoft with the same problem (it seems quite common)
Go into settings Console settings Then device settings (The one with the blue screen)
Then go:
left trigger, right trigger, x, y, left bumper, right bumper, left with left stick, up with left stick, right with left stick, x

If you have trouble use the pad instead of stick, but I could only get the stick to work..

get a new controller

This means u have a weak connection and if u constantly lag (when someone falls off the level and dosnt fall on your screen) or maybe that someone else in the game is having connections problems

You are having a network error somply power up the conncetion by getting alluminiim foil make antennas out of then and play lag less

to pick someone up in a power grapple is R trigger and right or left circle then any direction and circle or the analog stick for different power moves. to pick them up off the ground is just circle.

to put them through a table hold R trigger and hit x and irish whip them into the table (with full momentum) then hit Triangle to put them through the table.

Left, Right usually refers to the stick or the D-pad.
L and R I belive is the triggers (where your fingers is laying).

your controller might have a shortage
resulting in the controll to freak out so what you would have to look for is the part where u would have this dissconnection of wires

it could be that someone pushed the button in too hard and it wont pop back up because even if you lightly touch it, it could go to that screen

I'm not sure what your referring too, but Here is how it works. The trigger is snapped into two "rocker retainers" in the handle. when you pull on the trigger, it rocks and pushes on a rod that goes down to another shorter rod and that one pushes on the valve that releases the solution. A common problem was that the "rocker retainers" would break off and the trigger would not push on the first rod so the machine would not release solution. You will have to replace the handle half (called a trigger guard). The trigger itself has two plastic "springs" molded into it. This is all one piece with the trigger and they don't usually break. Also, when you remove and replace the handle, you have to pull the trigger to re-engage the two rods togeather or the machine will constantly spray solution. I hope this helps.
