Sounds as if the engine control module has gone bad. Here's the funny part if the engine control module is faulty it will never know its faulty so it may never turn on the check engine light. The throttle actuator and the air flow meter can also cause driveability problems with the M119 engine. You should be able to pull blink codes from the 8 or 12 pin connector next to the battery. pull the little cover off the connector that sits on the firewall. With the key in position 2 and the engine not running push the little button in for 3 seconds and watch and count how many times it flashes. If it flashes only once then that means no faults. If it flashes more than once then count the blinks and repeat holding for 3 seconds to see if there's more then one codes. This is checking the codes of the DM (diagnostic module) it should have a code if the engine control module is faulty. All this is assuming that all the initial step have been taken like checking distributor cap, rotor, plugs, wires and vacuum leaks.

change the fuel filter for one, this is telling you that your pick up in the tank is getting clogged, I would drop my tank, and drain it, flush it, and check the pump at that time

I have a 1995 Mercedes Benz C220, and when I turn the car on and select drive or reverse. The engine will shut off and there is nothing flashing or blinking on the dash. I suspect that the car cannot...

The torque converter clutch lockup may not be disengaging. It is most likely to need a new torque converter. Possibly the torque converter clutch solenoid. For fuel economy there is a computer controlled lockup around 30 mph that is supposed to unlock when slowing to a stop. The feeling is similar to forgetting to depress the clutch on a manual when coming to a stop or trying to start in third gear. If you rev the engine, foot off brake and put in gear and quickly start moving it will be like popping the clutch or riding a bronco until you get up to speed. It will buck and stall again when you slow down. Not something to try unless you have a clear path ahead or you will crash.

I have 1995 C220 Mercedes. The car will run fine

It could be that your gas tank has some crud in it or the fuel pump is about to go. As well a dirty fuel filter could be culpret and check the airfilter and PVC valve.

My mercedes Benz C 220 stalls when I come to a stop or in park .

Is the AC on? The compressor can take alot of power and make it lope. Engine mounts can make it shake. coils, cap, rotor and wires for tune up at a minimum. EZL if you can find one cheap. MAF also can cause issue. If it is a 1991-1995 check the engine wiring harness as they get brittle and degrade.

Check engine light and intermittent bucking

You might get lucky here. Go out and open the hood and start the engine when it's dark. See if you can see sparks jumping around the spark plug wires. That will tell you for sure. Otherwise, my first choice would be to put on new plug wires of the highest quality you can find. I've seen this type of problem before, and it can be made worse if the boots on the wires are not clean or too much grease was used at the factory. The solution was to clean everything and replace the wires and spark plugs because carbon tracks have been created that can't be easily (if at all) cleaned from the spark plug insulators. The coil towers will probably be okay if you clean them well.

Bucking, slow acceleration, & shuts off

it can be couple of thing Try a fuel injector cleaner or new fuel injectors.it can be vacuum leak. Engines need a vacuum to run especially at idle which is when your car dies. It could be a stuck EGR.
If the check engine light comes on it will store a code so take it to a shop and pay them to read the codes. This may give you a starting point.
