Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Sounds like the axle slipped out of the differential. There is usually a snap ring on the axle which holds it in place. This could have broken, came loose, etc,

Major surgery needed.

Can t turn stearing left or right takes all my strength to turn

check out the steering connecting rod. its the rod that goes from left to right front wheels. if it is not completely straight, either bend it straight or buy a new one.
Also, could be your front axle if you dont have the cast iron heavy duty axle.

John deere 145 toe in adjustment

Adjust by measuring between the wheels {metal rim} at the 9 and 3 o'clock positions. I.e, halfway point on the rim at the front and rear. You can measure between the tire, but it is more difficult to get a good, repeatable measurement. If it were an MTD, you could adjust the toe by bending the tie rod/ drag link.

With the engine on, hood is up, i have someone turn the stearing wheel, that turns the "long rod" that runs from the stearing to a location just under where the power stearing fluid is added, ...

the ball joints that allow the rod (this part is called a "drag link") to move and steer the wheels is worn out, have all the steering joints checked, anyone of them can make thios type of noise

Craftsman Lawn tractor - When turning to the left the Left front wheel turns much farther then the right front wheel does on a hard right turn. Almost perpendicular to the tractor. Busings are brand new....

I've noticed this on other Craftsman and MTD mowers. The ones with the one main steering rod from the steering wheel to the left wheel and a connecting rod from the left wheel to the right wheel. I think that since we are advised to mow in a counter-clockwise direction, they design the mowers to turn tighter towards the left. It's in the design just like you suspected.
