not a battery problem. Maybe I should have stated that earlier. Works for everything else other than the settings tab.

The other remote worked for the wep key. I still dont understand why the main remote wont work on the jukebox for these type of functions.

I have the same problem with new batteries. Very frustrating. Somebody. Can you use the machine itself to enter the wep code?

I had the same problem but I found I could enter the WEP key with the Station remote instead of the Centre remote

Have been playing with the system ALL afternoon!! Eventually I found I could enter the settings and WEP key with the Station remote instead of the Centre remote. So far so good!

How do I use my Philips fr931 receiver without the remote control?

Without a remote control, it will be very difficult. If you wish to buy its original remote control, contact the authorized service centre, or authorized dealer to your device brand. They can either give you a genuine remote control to your device, or can direct you, from where can you purchase a suitable one.
To select a proper universal remote control, you should know about the number of digits to its set-up codes. There are 3 digit, 4 digit, 5 digit, 2 digit and even single digit codes, to some brand devices. After confirming this, check the sites linked here. Both the sites have set-up code list and set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. Check which brand remote control has set-up code/s to your device brand, and buy that one according to availability. Brand name of the remote control isn't a matter, but it should have set-up codes in its code list, to the device brand you have.
Please note: Every new universal remote control will have set-up code list, and set-up procedure along with its pack. Never accept a remote control, that hasn't both of this. For more details about the set-up codes, visit the sites.

Universal remote controls are available at most of the electronic spare part selling shops. Visit some on-line sites too, which deals with electronic spare parts.

How do you connect an ipod or mp3 to the waC700 wireless music centre?

Anything that has a headphone output can be adapted to feed an RCA cable pair for standard stereo to any audio device with a standard RCA input. Get a cable like the one described here:

http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=102&cp_id=10218&cs_id=1021804&p_id=665&seq=1&format=2

and connect it into any available analog input EXCEPT "Phono". Turn the MP3 player volume up.

I have a Yamaha RX V665 and I am unable to change the volume

The volume keys should be working by default, but you may have volume punch through turned on (meaning the remote is sending signals for TV or CABLE volume function no matter what mode you are actually on). To unlock volume control for AUX mode, do the following:
1. Press and release AUX
2. Press and hold SETUP until the remote blinks twice
3. Type 993
4. Press and release VOL-
The remote should blink four times to confirm unlock.

I can't connect to the internet even though the device is connected to my router using a lan cable. I have no firewall settings enabled.

Re-boot the router and also restart your system.
Check the lights on the router, they will give hint if something wrong from outside rather than your system.
Change your lan cable

The menu button on my remote doesn't work

Try replacing batteries. If that doesnt work try aiming directly at Receiver's sensor. If all the other functions work except the menu see if you can access menu directly from the unit itself. If it works then you might need to replace the remote

I have a philips streamium WACS7000/05. I am unable to play CD's as everytime i put it in, it just ejects it back out again as if it cannot read it. I have tried several CD's all with the same issue.

I had the same problem during the warranty period of my WACS. The result was that the laser reading the CDs was faulty and it was replaced. Since the laser was replaced it has been working fine
