Everything has been working fine, then turned the RW200 on and "Not find navagation software!" message, CoPilot won't run and I don't see the CoPilot.exe in the CoPilot folder?
I had the same thing happen. Apparently the built in NAND memory can become corrupted. On mine, the GUI launches, one can see the file system, and it could still play MP3's, but no longer navigate. I looked at the memory contents by plugging the device into my computer (it's a WinCE device) and the navigation files were all with corrupted names and can't be deleted or overwritten either.
I also tried file recovery software ("Recuva") but it didn't see the NAND.
UPDATE: Was able to copy and fit the navigation software from another RW200 to my desktop and thence to an SD card (except for the POI database). Was able to get the RW200 with corrupt COPILOT.EXE to open COPILOT on the card, but first it says it can't find it. Then opens to it, but it can't find any of my saved favorites. So it must look at the NAND by default for the other files and can't find them.
