    Windows 7 - it's new to me

    the email on which this is happening is

    yes, this is my only printer and it is set as the default

    please help, if you can

    Sorry, forgot to give you that

    It says - please wait we are processing your message

    but then it never does

    I tried the test - created a new Yahoo account.

    I was able to create it and even send a message, but still not able to print.

    I'll accept the idea that it's yahoo's problem, but they have made it mine.

    Thanks for your help - it's good to know that I didn;t do anything to create the problem, but

    I certainly hope they get it fixed soon.

Hello, Joan.

Be certain that your printer is set as the Default (from Printers and Faxes).

If still a problem, what message are you getting ? What email system (Outlook, etc.) ? What Windows version (Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, etc.) ?

    So, the Yahoo Email is the issue, not printing. What error messages are you getting ?

    Is Internet OK ?

    Since you are not experiencing Internet problems, nor printer problems, it really sounds like the problem lies exclusively with Yahoo Email.

    Try a test: see if you can create a new Yahoo email account. If you can't create the account or test by sending an email with the new account, then the problem definitely lies with Yahoo Email. Try your email again in several hours or so to see if there is any difference.

    If your new Yahoo test Email account is successful, then the problem lies with your existing Yahoo account.

    Hello, Joan.

    Did a little research online and found there were some problems reported with Yahoo Email over the last 4 days.

    Some suggestions that could help you, tho: Update Adobe Flash
    Player, Internet Explorer and Java script . Clear Internet Explorer cache and cookies, and
    browsing history (found in Tools - Internet Options).

    could also try an alternative browser, such as Firefox.

Error message stating 8documents waiting to be printed. I cancelled them but the printer will not print new documents. there were previous documents printed and I did not want to finnish those documents so...

Sounds like a driver problem. I would try disconnecting the printer from your computer and power cycling it (unplug it for a few minutes). While it's unplug uninstall and then reinstall the print driver. If that does work email me.

Your printer is printing what your monitor is saying. Try scrolling down to the bottom of the page, to see if that helps.

How to print 11 X 17 documents using a Kyocere CS 2550 printer

Use this method:

Select the printer from the list and click on [Properties]
Change the "Original siae" to "11x17"
Change the Output size from "Same..." to "8.5x11" or "8.5x14"

EPSON POS PRINTER does not print receipt

Try to clear your printer's queues up messages of all print commands that failed to print. See, what happens it when you send a document to printer, if it fails to print, and you send another, it queues up behind the first that failed to print. So instead of printing the second document it prints what you are seing, special characters etc. 

Go to start/priners and faxes and right click on your printer and select open. You will all the documents for print so far queued up. select and delete them. Restart your system and the printing should be Ok.

Sounds like your secratery's printer is set to ignore paper mismatch errors. It depends on the setting you have in your driver. Can you set your driver on your printer to ignore paper mismatch errors. If not when your printer errors, just try hitting the go button and it should print the document any way.

Prints only on left side of page.


In printing web pages and email please try to check also the print setting before you print the page cause word document files and web pages are not the same in there printing setting. Web pages and emails has different setting so my recommendation is that when you print email and webpages next time then please check the printer settings then modify it the same settings as you wish or as your word document's output.

This unit will not scan to PDF and email without sending it to the PC and then emailing it out. You will have to scan to the PC and then email it out.

Can Lexmark X2600M printer scan documents to email?

If I'm understanding your question, this printer can print, fax and scan. So, you can scan an item, save in a file and send as an attachment in an Email. Hope this helps.

Printing problem

This error message indicates that the printer memory is full. You might be sending too many documents to print at the same time. I would suggest dividing the number of documents/pages into smaller groups so the printer can take the load. Hope this helps!
