E9 on Accu Chek Instant. What does it mean?

According to web page, check battery.

https://www.accu-chek.com/meters/aviva-meter/support-error-screens

Look for E-9 image and click to see the message.
E-9 message "E-9" in the display means the battery is almost out of power. Change the battery now. If the message reappears after the battery has been replaced, reset the meter. To reset the meter, remove the battery, press any meter button, then reinsert the battery. Download the owner's booklet now and refer to Chapter 7, "Changing the Battery."

I receive ''access'' error

The "Access" will stay there until your camera passes it's self lens test. The test runs 3 times, then gives up with an error message. The cause of this problem is most likely a grain of sand somewhere in the lens. Only a camera tech could possibly ever hope to find it. Replace the camera lens.

I have a peavey pro-fex 2 preamp/FX ver 1.3 controller and when powereing up, get DSP interface error. Do you know what this means or how to fix it?

Your Profex likely has a dead NiCD battery. You are getting this error because this battery maintains your personal effect settings on an SRAM chip that requires constant power to "live". You can try reinitializing the SRAM on your unit by doing the following:

1. Power off your Profex.
2. Press and Hold the "PLAY" and "GLOBAL" buttons while powering the unit on.
3. You should see a message on the display that reads "MEMORY INITIALIZED". Afterwards the Profex should act normal.
4. If your internal battery is getting low or is already dead, it is going to start leaking (if it hasn't already). YOU NEED TO GET THAT BATTERY CHANGED NOW!!!!! If enough battery acid leaks onto the circuit board, it will ruin your Profex forever.

Casio BOSS SF-5300

Once the DATA ERROR DISPLAY appears,You will not be able to INPUT or EDIT DATA, though you will be able to recall Data after pressing CLEAR to clear the error message.**YOU WILL
WANT TO SAVE ALL YOUR DATA OR WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN AT THIS POINT, BECAUSE THE ONLY WAY TO GET
THIS DEVICE BACK TO NORMAL OPERATION IS TO PRES RESET IN THE BACK -IF YOU PRESS RESET YOU WILL LOSE ALL INFORMATION PERMANENTLY.

In order to return the memory to normal (allowing further input and editing of data), you must perform the RESET OPERATION to clear the memory of all data-Make sure you have backed up or taken a hardcopy of this information before Resetting or it will be gone and there is nothing you can do to get it back.Once you have RESET you can re-input the data you have written down.

WHAT CAUSES THE ERROR MESSAGE?Interruption of battery power.Severe electrostatic charge, impact, change in temperature
or humidity.Hardware Problem.

Recommendations:Replace batteries every 2 years, regardless of use.Use only CR2032 Lithium batteries.Replace all batteries-Never mix old ones with new ones!
Caution: All data stored is lost if you remove more than 1 battery at a time. The following Info is per the instruction manual-WHICH ALSO SAYS :Be sure you keep a separate copy of all important data that you store in the SF-5100/SF-5300.Hope this helps.

Error #B03

According to the manual(page 52 on this site, and around 45 in the manual itself), when ever such an error repeatedly apears, you must contact a Kodak rep. Since its batteries that bring up this message i would suggest the obvious of changing batteries, even if new. sounds like a pickle... you can also try to disconnect everything from the camera(cards cables batteries etc) and leave it with all hatches open in a dry dark place for a couple of days, let the camera sit in the corner and get a grip on itself ;] this should reset it and sometimes solves the problem. Good luck in any case, hope it works out...
