There is a small DIP switch that lowers the speed or on the circuit board there are wires blue for low, red for medium and black for high. put the blue wire on the heat terminal. consult the wiring diagram on the reverse side of one of the removable door panels.

Noise on high speed

Is it the original size motor? It sounds like it could be to many CFM for the size of the duct causing back pressure when the blower goes into high.

When fan is running- power to fan cuts in & out

Might need an adjustment on the fan limit control. Or the blower speed might need to be set on a lower speed. Temper rise listing will be on the data plate. Check the rise and adjust the blower speed ocordingly.

How can I make the ac quieter inside the house?

If you have hard ducts, you can use some flex duct between the supply plenum and the hard ducts as a way to quiet the noise down.

I have the Echo 413H model, backpack blower. Blower starts and idles but shuts down when switched to high power mode. Help?

Sounds like a carbuerator adjustment. Turn the low speed adjustment screw counterclockwise 1 guarter turn.(closest to engine block) Turn the high speed out the same (farthest from engine block). You may have to tweak it a little, those adjustments vary. Hope that gets ya going.

My fan isn't running but I can feel cold air leaking out of my vents. Is it frozen or is my fan motor just dead?

If the indoorcoil is froze, the insulated suction line would be froze as well. If you are able to change the
blower speeds Black-High Speed with Blue-Med High
and nothing changes you could have a blower problem

How to tell blower speed on Goodman PGB030050 REV A

one way is to take an amp draw of the motor if you have an ampmeter otherwise
most systems will have the wires color coded black is high
blue is med high
red is med low
yellow is low
and white is nuetral
usually there is connectorson the board labeled "cool" "heat" and "park" park are the unused leads just swap wires

if there is no terminals look to see which wire is wirenutted and switch t with one of the unused ones

Goodman Model GMNT100-4 Auto Power Down and Up until Temp.

Keep in mind all furnaces and circuit boards are not the same. Look on the back of the door to the blower compartment. You should find the list of diagnostic codes. Look up four blinks it should narrow down the problem. Although from the discription you gave it sounds lie the high limit control. When a high limit appears to be acting up it DOES NOT mean that the high limit needs replaced. The high limit just may be doing its job. This means that the furnace is overheating. Check your filters. Are all of your registers open? Is your blower set on the right speed? Is your blower going bad? Is the blower motor capacitor bad? Is your evaporator coil restricted? Just changing a high limit switch does not always solve the original problem!
Good luck....

Blower speed too fast

The furnace should be a 3 or 4 speed motor in it. On the circuit board there are places maked heat and cool. If you are looking for low the red wire should be plugged into the heat designation. make sure unit is unplugged before changing
