Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

Here's a link to this great service

Good luck!

You have lost your mind you claim you will help then at the very end you say how much am i willing to pay the hell with that

There is an option for 0. There is no charge to post a question. It offers you that option because that is an option on this site. If you elect not to pay for posting a question it is posted on the list and gets answered when an Expert comes across it with a solution. If you opt to pay a small fee your question is posted in a different section and usually gets answered a little faster. You are free to look through other solutions that are already provided if you desire. If you do opt to pay a fee to get your answer and the solution provided does not solve your problem you will not be charged for that solution. You have to accept the answer before you are billed what ever amount you elected to pay. Payment is optional.

Do you have to pay for answering questions and asking questions

  • You never have to pay to answer questions. The only time you pay for asking a question is when you ask an expert. You can pay different amounts, depending on how much help you want.
  • Please reply if you have any more questions. Good Luck! Please give 4 thumbs up if I helped, I am two votes away to becoming an expert!

Do you have to pay if the advice received failed to fix the problem?

If you reject a premium answer you don't pay. You only pay if you formally accept a solution or if you take no further action in which case it's eventually assumed that you had a satisfactory answer.

This question is in the free section, so you don't pay either way

Is this going to cost to ask

No this is a free site to ask. If you do want a faster answer though you can pay fo one. If you do pay you do have the option to get a refund if you are not happy with the answer. I recomend you pay if you need the answer in a short time.

How much you have to pay for advice

You can ask for free, or you can pay a fee. It works this way--- This is largely a volunteer thing, with some opportunity to earn a few bucks. If you ask an interesting question, you'll get a quick free answer. If you ask a tougher question (or if you don't give enough information) you might not get an answer at all. However, if you pay a fee, you give the volunteers additional incentive to answer your question - and you can reject unhelpful answers, throwing it back for a new answer. good luck, Al K

I will explain, I just need to see if I have to pay for this service

It's free to post your question. You may be offered chargeable or free answers, depending upon the nature of the question and the likely complexity of the answer. But you only pay if you decide that the Expert is offering an answer of value to you and you will likely find that other Experts will offer free answers anyway. If you pay for an answer and are unhappy with the service, then contact customer care to raise a complaint and they will investigate.

This answer has not cost you anything at all. Please rate my reply, and then post the actual question you want an answer for. Remember: asking costs nothing, and YOU choose whether you wish to pay for a reply.
