Use the size that came with the outside condenser. if the outdoor unit is more than 6,000 btu's than the indoor unit, it will not cool properly. you can always mate a outdoor unit to a indoor coil that in 12,000 btu's or less in size.

A Five cylinder low speed engine has a bore of 29 1/2 inches, a stroke of 63 inches, and a rated speed of 123 rpm what is the average piston speed.

There are two ways to solve this homework problem. If you want full credit, you will solve it using integral calculus as your teacher most likely expects. I am WAY too many years out of engineering school to remember how to do that.
The simple solution takes advantage of the fact that speed is scalar that is presented in units of distance over time, so all you need to know is the total distance traveled over a fixed interval of time.
The stroke is 63 inches and the engine makes 123 complete revolutions in a minute.
123 x 2 x 63 = 15,498 inches per minute average piston speed or 1,291.5 ft/minute
or 14.676 miles per hour
This must be a steam engine.
If your teacher is picky about significant digits, don't forget that the original problem had only two significant digits so the answer you give should have only two significant digits.
When you finish your math homework, your punctuation and capitalization could use some work...

I just got a new heating unit installed. However it runs constantly. If the target temp is 68 degrees it will hit 68 degrees and just keep running. It does the same at 63 degrees. Is this normal?

Dear friend! Any thermostat, it's calibrating to cut off at the end of 2nd beginning and cut in 2nd ending of temp.
Ex: In heat mode, If you set @ 68 degree, it will cut off 70 degree beginning and cut in at the end of 66 degree.
Hope it's helpful to you?

The nails are not fully shooting into the material and air seems to be shooting by or leaking out.

Assuming that the air leakage is from the nailing head area, you probably have worn-out 'O' ring seals that surround the drive shaft below the piston and also around the piston itself. Remove the cylinder head and pop the tool (upside down) on a piece of wood so that the piston and rod drop out of the cylinder. Check the piston and rod assembly for excess wear and replace if necessary. You should be able to access the shaft seals when the piston is out. You may have to order a repair kit for the unit if you can't find proper sized O rings. Make sure to use 'air-tool' oil frequently when the tool is in use. If you seem to have excessive wear of the tool, you may need to service the compressor intake filter more frequently. If the tool doesn't drive the nails fully, increase the air pressure somewhat until it does (after your repairs). Hope this helps!

Need to know what the settings are for the range adjustment A,B,C,D slide switch on the front panel on a Amana PTH123A35AC PTAC

Here they are;

Position A, Cool 70-78, Heat 65-73
Position B, Cool 68-81, Heat 68-76
Position C, Cool 66-83, Heat 61-78
Position D, Cool 63-88, Heat 58-83

Amana calls this a Temerature Limiter and says to only set one switch on at a time. If all switches are off then the unit is at full operating range.
Please rate this answer to let me know if it was the fix.

Does this help?

It's probably the socket - it may be that it's coming away from the board or the switch inside that cuts the speakers when you use headphones is faulty. It may be a simple resolder or you could replace the part.
