SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

The tool you need is available from Randy's Engine Repair, on his E-Bay store. The price is about $10., plus $3. shipping. Phone for Randy's is (937) 927-5665. It is usually busy.
Ebay item number is: 390025452838. Buy it online. I got mine about a week after I ordered it.

SOURCE: homelite chain saw model ut10522 engine starves

All late model saw engines (in the US at least) have special 'D' shaped jet screw heads that require a dealer-only special screwdriver. Check the fuel filter for plugging and the fuel lines for decay or other damage. If you feel the H jet setting is responsible, then you are stuck taking the saw to a servicing dealer for adjustment unless you are skilled at making such a tool yourself. Hope this helps!

I believe Black bull band saw is a Taiwan imported saw. They are even cheaper to HF band saws. This band saw have so many issues; make sure you align the guides, tune it up and use good bi metal band saw blades. I suggest you use the Haltbar 601 bi metal blade. I'm using Haltbar and I'm getting really nice cut.

I need a manual for my floor model band saw

I have this same saw. Many of the parts are compatible with the Grizzly G1012 18" band saw. The manual can be downloaded from the Grizzly site. If you need a part not listed, call them. They are very helpful. I have a few parts arriving in a couple days. Try this link, http://cdn0.grizzly.com/manuals/g1012_m.pdf

Need to know how to change the agle on the blade for a protech 10 in table saw

Hi Ron,

You didn't give your model.

Protech is out of business so I could not find a user's guide for you.

The knob on the front that you use to raise and lower the blade also adjusts the angle. Depending on your saw, normally the knob releases from raise/lower mode to angle adjustment by either pulling the knob out and moving it or by pushing a lever to release it and then moving the knob.

Hope this helps. If it does, I'd appreciate a 4 thumbs up. Thanks,

Handie Andie

Why doesnt the wheels on my band saw turn when I turn the saw on?I can't even turn them when the saw is off.

Most likely the blade has come out of position and jammed. One place to check is at the guides just above and below the table.
To be sure the guides are correct, Google on "adjust band saw" to find out how to adjust them.

My 12 inch band saw throws the lower tire when the power is switched on. The model number is 11324350.

Tires need replaced- may have a few other problems. try this
-unplug the saw spin the saw by hand, does track down the middle of both tires? also look at your guides and backup bearings.
I would take off blade-back off all guides and bearings -clean off any build up on tires- replace blade. now spin wheel ( always spin with the blade going down) if its tracking good go ahead and adjust guides and bearings to specs and try again. most likely the back up bearings are out of adjustment. they should not spin unless you are feeding material and it seems like the bottom one may be your problem.
But never the less it sounds like new tires are needed.

I need a manual for an old Sears Band Saw Model #534.01120

Does it look like this? Unfortunately, they don't have a manual that I could find. But you might like to post your request in the forums there, as they get some traffic from aficionados of old tools with wile and know how.
It might help you also to google Dunlap & PowerKing for the manual.
As far as tuning it up goes...
Check each of the wheels' "bearings" to begin with, to ensure they are running smoothly and as true as possible, without end play or wobble. Then use straightedges and flat jointed boards to line up the three pulleys as much in a single flat plane as possible, by shifting shims, etc. (It may behoove you to remove the table out of the picture to begin with, if possible, so you can get the wheels lined up well with one another, then replace the table once the blade will track.)
The adjustments on a three wheel system can be a little more delicate and temperamental than on a standard 14" bandsaw, so be moderate in your tracking adjustments, and crank the wheels by hand to begin with as you work the tension up on the blade, checking constantly to keep the blade running as close to the center of all three tires as possible. Don't worry about the blade guides at all until you get the blade running on the wheels well. Then move the backed off guide blocks and backing bearings into place. They are meant, after all, to keep the blade from deflecting, not to force it into position.
That's my quick advice for how to tune it up.
Good luck. It looks like a beaut!

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!
