Its probably feeding back (the mic is picking up the sound from the earpiece) try lowering the volume and see if that helps reduce or sole the problem

I have a i680 mike ph still under warenty the flip side of the ph has a crack so it dont stay tight just flops shut I have sent it in and was told that part is not under warenty hard to beleive most used...


There is a bulletin dated September 28, 2010 on this phone on the Motorola website, the bulletin states that this type of issue will be repaired at no cost thru the Motorola Limited Warranty program, just take it to a repair location and refer to the bulletin and it will be taken care of.
