Question about Logitech Webcam
I have a logitech qucik cam i can see the other person and they can see me, but the microphone is not working, it has a fuzzy sound at the other end, but when i used the wizard set up thingy it sounds fine...can u help??? Thanks Tracey
things can cause static.
First, If you have your speakers turned up to high it will give you feedback causing distortion and static. I recommend using a headset when videoing.
Second reason is, if you are using a laptop and have added an external microphone between the two it will cause distortion and static.
Not knowing the configuration of your computer makes it harder to analyze the problem.
So hope this is of some help. Bud

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
