Hello There
whenever the wash drum becomes loose this is caused by the bolt that holds the drum on the shaft loosening this is fairly common. All you will need to do is to first remove the cover on the center of the tub and then look inside and you will see the bolt. now get the proper size socket and try to tighten it as much as possiable or contact the manufacture to see if there is any torque specs for this now jsut replace the cover piece and retry the machine ok
Hope this is very helpful for you if needed please feel free to post me a comment if you have any more questions ok?
Best regards Michael

Drum rattles

If you are sure there are no loose items in or behind the drum, check if the drum is loose (wobble it by hand). Sometimes the bolts holding it to the drive wheel get loose, or the bearing goes.

Indsit washingmachine: making scraping noise when spinning. metal drum inside feels loose and is leaning forward making it scrape on whatever is underneath. how do i stop the drum doing this?

If the inner drum is loose the bearing may have failed or the drum shaft spider may have broken. the scrapping will be the drum hitting the heating element.

Interior drum is loose. The satin less steel drum on the inside seems to have come loose. The outside part is well seated and secure but the interior drum seems to have become loose.

if the drum bangs all around and is noisy when it's spinning the spider gear is broke.usually it breaks from using to much detergent,in a front load washer you use less water so you need less detergent, you should be using 1/4 cup of h.e. detergent, any more than that damages the spider gear, the metal that it's made out of is like a metal stud that you would use when framing a wall, the extra detergent gets in there and it's like sand paper it eats at the metal and it breaks and the drum feels loose.unfortunetly it's time for a new washer, the gear costs around 4 to 5 hundred dollars not including the time.you can check to see if one or both shocks are broken or check the springs on the top sides under the top panel but it sounds like the spider gear to me.

When the machine goes into spin cycle there is excessive vibration as if something was loose in the drum. Other wise the machine cycles fine. Is there someway to check for bolts or nuts loose on the drum....

Move the drum around by hand and listen carefully. There should be no loose bits or rattling, if there are it is possible that something has slipped in between the drums. It sounds as if the drum bearing may be failing. Grip the inner drum and move it up and down at the front while feeling for play relative to the outer drum. i.e hold outer drum and lift inner drum relative to where you are holding. There should be virtually no play.

Inside drum of front loader loose bearing in back is ok but drum must have bushing gone how can i change this bushing the drum looks like its sealed

If the inner drum moves or is loose the the inner drum needs to be replaced .At the same time you should replace the rear of the outer drum as this contains the seal and bearings.

I've changed the drive belt, but it seems that the...

If the drum being pushed forward makes the problem better, I would say your felt pads under the drum which the drum rides on are either worn down the metal or loose. You need to remove the front casing of your dryer and inspect these felt pads. If they are loose tighten them up and if they are worn they need to be replaced. When you have your dryer apart you may also want to try to move the rear of the drum to the left and to the right and see if the back of the drum is loose as this means your bearings are loose and may need replacement. To fix this problem however the top of your dryer will have to be removed to take the drum out (many times the top will tilt back on hinges) because the bearings are on the back of the drum.

Stainless steel drum loose

A loose inner drum usually indicates a failed rear tub bearing. The only solution is to replace the rear half of the tub. (which contains the bearing).... You can check if the pulley nut has come loose by removing the rear panel. There is a large nut that retains the belt pulley to the shaft of the basket.
