no pc stated must TOWER.
I have tower severs, huge, and desktops and more.
tower means zero.
USB flash stick (thumb drive, etc)

Use a flashlight to look through the vents on the front. You should see screws.

We need to follow some Troubleshooting steps

power off the tower
disconnect the power cable
1.open the side panal of the tower
2.then open the front panal of the tower
3.the please toggle the power button from inside the tower
4.then put back the front and the side panal
connect back the power cable
restart the pc using the power button
it will start working

I think this tower is of the clamshell design where the whole chassis opens up down the middle. Try pressing the pressure points on the top and bottom of the tower and pulling the tower open. No covers will come off, it will open on a sort of hinge to expose the inner workings. There has to be a way to open the tower. Can you tell us the manufacturer of the PC you are referring to? If there's not the standard screws on the back of the case to take off the side, there must be a release button to pull the tower up, or something to that effect.

there are two screws on the back of ur tower for each side supporting plate .remove the side plate which is on the other side of ur motherboard.then just blow out all the dust with a air blower.
