hi, i think you had given to unauthorized service center for change the housing. they did not connected your mic properly. otherwise they damaged your mic. you can go to nokia priority center and give for service. they will rectify this problem for you..and this is not your speaker problem, it is mic problem only...
Try adjusting the volume using the volume keys on the right side of the phone, try to lower it then make it higher if you are able to adjust it means there is no problem with the volume.try to have it checked in a repair shop cause in some cases the speakers migt have a defect or needs to be cleansed.
well you're phone has a problem with its speakers. sometimes, if you drop that phone, it affects the speaker on the back of the phone. you have to tap the back of the phone slightly then it should work fine. if not, you should get a new phone from t-mobile and call them and say you're having problems with the phone. ask for a new unit. that happened to me b4 too and they gave me a new unit.as long as it hasn't been over 45 days from when you bought the phone.
