Good luck finding such a driver. This inexpensive webcam appeared as early as 2005 and a party looking for information then indicated the manufacturer's site was inaccessible. There was a reference made to a CD/DVD which probably came with the webcam. We are talking pre-Windows 10. And the site mentioning your specific web cam was in German and the guy was not even using Windows. I can't even find an image of the web cam, the manufacturer, or even the brand. You might see if Driver Booster, DriverCloud, or Snappy Driver Installer Origin might find a driver for it but I'd have a system restore point set before trying any. find the down load compatible with win XP ( doubt if you will) because win xp is so far out of date that the web cam may not be for win xp system

The serial number is of no use. Go to the Web site of the company that made the camera you have and search for updated drivers for your particular device. Most sites have a section for drivers that you enter you web cam model number and Operating system on and it will take you to a link for the proper driver.

After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

You can go to HP website and download your web cam's driver through their "Support and Drivers" page.

if your running vista then you have a chance that it will be just a straight plug and play meaning just by plugging the web cam in to the PC/laptop it will install itself if not then i advice to install the driver first then plug in the web cam if already done so try to remove the web cam by right clicking on my computer and selecting properties and then device manager and then hardware, scroll down to the universal serial bus controllers and select the web cam if shown (if you are unable to find the web cam just keep an eye on the device manager for changes in the system) once you find the web cam right click and select uninstall and click OK after that click on the action tab and the top of the page and select scan for hardware changes after you install the driver and plug in the web cam and if you have more problems with the web cam check the manufacture website for updates for the driver in the support page of the website
