Question about ASUS Computers & Internet
Best Buy whould change their name to WORST BUY... the Geek Squad is a joke. If they don't how to solve the problem, they make up $*#& to get your money. I have heard a lot of lame solutions to computer problems that this a new one on me. DON'T GO BACK TO BESTBUY. They will take MORE of your money and still not solve the problem.
How old is the laptop? Is it still under warranty? Have you tried contacting the manufacturer about this problem? They usually have a tech support chat room.
OR... try another REPUTABLE computer repair shop. There are hundreds around. Find someone that a friend has had good luck with. BestBuy strikes again (and again).
Oh, I have 4 anti-virus programs on my laptop and have NEVER had any problems.
