Question about Audio Players & Recorders
How long ago was it set up? I would have them come back out and set it up again for you, and show you how to switch modes and the like. I have put the manual on my personal webserver for you here... it's quite difficult to find. You need to switch mode on the remote to have it do true surround sound and force pro-logic when it is not in true surround sound, things like that.
Also you can go into the setup of the receiver and go into each speaker output and increase the dB of each channel independently.
Although, if it was installed recently I would call them back up and have them come out and adjust things for you, and give you a quick run down of how it works. But this manual will be essential to have as well, here it is for you:
