Would like to send the pictures on my lg ax275 phone to my computer ihave the usb adapter cable hooked up but now i am lost

You must have received a USB cord and a driver installer CD with the package when you bought the cell phone. Install the software from this CD, connect your phone to your PC with the help of this USB cord. Thereafter, you should be able to transfer your pictures, music, etc., to your computer and vice versa.

I have the cable. I use BitPim on my Mac because no other software works. Verizon has NO software and claims that the only way to get photos off is to send them to their website. I have bought 3 different cables and NONE transfers photos.

I downloaded driver LGUSBModemDriver_WHQL_Eng_Ver_4.8.1.exe which I searched for and downloaded off the internet. My computer (Microsoft XP) installed the driver and now recognizes the LG Accolade. I tried to copy music, no luck. If someone else succeeds email me please, [email protected]

if you have bluetooth on both your phone and laptop you can transfer that way. Alternatively you should have got a USB cable included with your phone.

get a memory card adapter you can get one for reasonably cheap at walmart and hook that up to your computer don't use a cable that will not access files on your memory card

It thinks it's connected to a car kit so it's sending the sounds to it. Have you anything connected to it? If not check the connector for a foreign object.

You need a USB cord you can get for like 14 bucks at a verizon store...hook up that and go to settings...then tools...go to number 9. USB mass Storage and click on that and connect. it will connect to your computer and you can open it through either going to My Computer or wait until the popup screen opens.
