Question about Motorola Mobility MOTOKRZR K1 Cellular Phone
My motorola k1 is only 2 months old and has worked well.
two weeks ago, suddenly I noticed it losing the optus network, so I turned on the service tone so I knew how often.
its constant... more off the network than it is on.
Even sitting in the same spot where I know service is normally good, it will go in and out.
I replaced thes simcard to make sure it wasnt that.
It hasnt had any damage...I just dont get it?????
Any ideas would be pricelss thankyou!!
Its driving me insane!!
I think with this model phone motorola is having network problems.....so take it back to the store you bought it from.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Tips for a great answer:
1 - Switch ON your Motorola KRZR K1 with a NOT ACCEPTED SIM Card,
2 - Phone will display "Enter Special Code",
3 - You can now enter the Unlock Code.
NOT ACCEPTED: We mean, to use a sim card from a network other than the network your Motorola KRZR K1 is locked to.
WARNING: If one of theses messages appear :
- "Contact Service Provider"
- "Tampert Alter"
- "Wait before enter special Code"
- "Contact Service'
It's because you or somebody already entered too many wrong codes, you just have to leave the Motorola KRZR K1 ON with the errors message and after 40 minutes to 2 hours the message "Enter Code Special" will appear again!
