Question about Keurig B60 Coffee Maker
There several possible problems. First, unplug the unit to reset the internal mechanism. Second, clean the unit to get rid of possible water deposits. Some use vinegar. Check for answers in the owners manual or Internet. This unit should give you a cup of coffee in one minute or less. The last possible problem is a water temperature problem. Call up the company customer service number for any recalls or guarantee repair/replace. Some customers have had new ones sent because of design issues or problems. Good luck.
