Question about Samsung Televison & Video
The fans are inside the tv - they are used to cool the power source and Y-sus boards. That error message appears because the first fan has failed, the tv overheats and shuts down.
You must take the back cover from the tv off, locate, unplug and remove the fans, and finally clean everything in there with a soft brush. Go with them to an IT shop and ask for an identical replacement - they're standard parts that are found in most of the desktops and will cost you less than $20 both.
Now all you will have to do is to put the new ones in and assemble the tv.
