PIM data from Palm/Treo to Blackberry Curve

When I go to the Switch Device Wizard and choose Switch from another device to a blackberry device. It says to make sure both phones are connected (which they are) and that you must have windows 2000 or better to do it. I am running Windows XP (2002). When I get to the Migration Wizard and it asks to select where to get the data both fields are "greyed out" where you are unable to choose Palm Treo or Palm Desktop Software.
Can anyone help me?
