I set up a Laguna powerjet pump and a Laguna Pressureflow filter in my pond yesterday. The fountain from the powerjet works fine with good water pressure, but even if I turn the dial on the powerjet to focus all the water pressure on the Pressure flow filter I get little more than a dribble of water coming out of the other end. There are no kinks in the tubing and I used the largest bore of tubing I could find. Any suggestions?

Hi and welcome to FixYa I am Kelly. I suspect that the filter is not properly locked into position but.... I highly recommend you countact Laquna Experts. The can handle most 1st time install issues over the phone is just a short time. (Cordless phone recommened)
