Question about Maytag Washing Machines
You will need to unplug the machine,
Remove the front panel and look for the pump,
Your pump may or maynot have a button trap. Be prepared for water have towels available to soak it up. Try bailing the machine out before you remove the button trap on the pump.
Unscew the button trap and remove all the debris.
if you machine doesnt have a button trap, remove the hose going to the pump and look for bobby pin, nails, screws, etc.
The worse case is you burnt out the pump and will need to replace it.
