The blinking lights are a service code. You should first try to unplug your TV and leave it unplugged for at least 4 hours... then plug it back in again.

If the blinking light is still there and no picture, time to have the TV serviced. Good luck!

Hello
There is no codes found in its user manual. Only code search process is given. We ahve to search and find the code of our device.

.

For example, to search for a code for your TV:

1. On the remote control, press TV once.

2. Press and hold SET until the LED (red light) blinks twice, then

release SET.

3. Enter 9 - 9 - 1.The LED will blink twice.

4. Aim the remote control at the the TV and slowly alternate

between pressing POWER and TV. Stop when the TV turns off.

NOTE: In the search mode, the remote control will send IR codes from its

library to the selected device, starting with the most popular code first.

5. To lock in the code, press and hold SET until the LED blinks

twice, then release SET.

6. To search for the codes of your other devices, repeat steps 1

through 5, but substitute the appropriate device key for the
device you are searching for.

I had a problem getting the code,to work with tvsignature2000,can you e-mail me the code for this,

Actually there is no code specified in URC-3021 manual to work with Signature.
But still we can try

If your device does not respond to the remote control after trying all codes
listed for your brand, or if your brand is not listed at all, try searching for
your code.
NOTE: Before performing a code search for a DVD player or a VCR, turn on the device and
insert the required media.
For example, to search for a code for your TV:
1. On the remote control, press TV once.
2. Press and hold SET until the LED (red light) blinks twice,
then release SET.
3. Enter 9 - 9 - 1.The LED will blink twice.
4. Aim the remote control at the TV and slowly alternate
between pressing POWER and TV. Stop when the TV turns off
(after pressing POWER). If the device does not have a Power
key, you can substitute another function, such as digits 0 ~ 9 ,
CH up, or PLAY).
NOTE: In the search mode, the remote control will send IR codes from
its library to the selected device, starting with the most popular code
first.
5. To lock in the code, press and release SET.The LED will
blink twice.
6. To search for the codes of your other devices, repeat steps
1 through 5, but substitute the appropriate device key for
the device you are searching for.

If you have set up the remote control using the Searching For Your Code procedure
as above, you may need to find out which four-digit code is operating
your equipment. For example, to find out which code is operating your
TV:
1. On the remote control, press TV once.
2. Press and hold SET until the LED (red light) blinks twice,
then release SET.
3. Enter 9 - 9 - 0.The LED will blink twice.
4. To view the code for the first digit, press 1 once.Wait 3
seconds, count the LED blinks (e.g., three blinks = 3) and
write down the number in the leftmost box in the TV
code boxes on page 8.
NOTE: If a code digit is "0", the LED will not blink.
5. Repeat step 4 (on the previous page) three more times for
remaining digits.Use 2 for the second digit, 3 for the third
digit, and 4 for the fourth digit.Write down the code digits
in the remaining TV code boxes on page 8.
6. To check for codes of other devices, repeat steps 1
through 5

Somehow my remote has lost conection to my TV - but I dont know 3 digit device dcode for magnavox

Is your remote the URC-4330? The listed remote uses 4-digit codes.

If the TV doesn't have additional features (VCR, DVD etc.), try the codes: 0054, 1254, 0030, 0179, 0187, 0096, 0020, 0186, 0386, 0024 . There is also a manual code search option (and a way to look up the code). For the URC-4330, press TV, then press and hold Set until the LED blinks twice. Release Set and press 9 9 1. After the LED blinks twice again, point the remote at the TV (with it on) and slowly press Power and TV in alternation. When the TV turns off, that is the first possible code. Press and hold Set until the LED blinks twice to save. Check if the remote controls additional functions for the TV. If it doesn't, repeat the code search.

Recalling the current code is similar to searching. Press 9 9 0 after entering the set mode. Press 1 (to get the first digit of the code) and wait 3 seconds, count the LED blinks (no blinks = 0). Repeat with 2, 3, and 4 to get the entire code.

You can find the manual and codes here: http://www.oneforall.com/support/manual . Use the drop down menus to select Universal Remote and the URC-4330 (or other remote if you provided the wrong model but it is an One for All remote).

Please note that the codes in the remote are limited to those devices released at least 6 months before the remote was programmed.

I hope this helps.

I need the codes for zenith tv.

Try the following codes first: Zenith 0017, 0463, 0178, 0092 . You can also try the manual code search option. For a TV, press TV once then press and hold Set. When the red LED blinks once, release the Set button. Press 9 - 9 - 1 . The LED will blink twice. Aim the remote at the TV and slowly alternate between pressing Power and TV. When the TV turns off after pressing Power, stop and press and release Set. Check if the remote controls additional functions for the TV. If it doesn't, repeat the code scan. You can record the code by pressing 9 - 9 -0 after holding the Set key. Then press 1 (first digit) and wait 3 seconds to see how many times the LED blinks (no blinks = 0). Then repeat with 2, 3 and 4.

The manual and code list is available here: http://oneforall-na.com/remote.php?type=URC%203021 .

Please note that this remote was released in 2004. The codes included in the remote are limited to devices that were released at least 6 months before the remote was programmed. If your TV is newer, then you need a newer universal remote.

I hope this helps.
