Unfortunately i have had experince with other key boards if the key caps can be removed in your model you can use a peripheral cleaning solution to clean the contacts if not im afraid the contact lines and relay for those numbers may no longer work check for manufacturer warranties and repair options costs before you try other repair centers or repair men be careful alot of them will rip you off Manufacturers usually offer repair services if they offer non an external keyboard can be placed connected by USB. Hope this helps

What happen if I put an Apple hard drive to a microsoft pc?

Disconnect all drives, all usb devices and remove all pci cards. You should have nothing connected to the system board except for the power supply, keyboard and screen.

Turn off main switch at the rear of the system and press and hold the on button on the front for about 5 seconds. This will discharge residual power in the power supply and on the system board.

Turn on the main switch at the rear and then press the on button.

Please reply with the system's behavior. You should expect the bios screen. Ignore any errors that come up at this point.

The differences between Apple iPad and laptop

Along with the iPod and the iPhone, the Apple iPad is a new device in the Apple line-up and it takes on the mobile computing market. Probably the biggest competitor of the iPad is the standard laptop.
Form:
Unlike the laptop which opens up to reveal the screen and the keyboard, the iPad is a tablet or slate, which does not have any hinges.
Keyboard:
The major contributor to the design of the iPad is the lack of a physical keyboard that takes up a lot of space. Instead, the iPad has a touch screen that is used for all input needs. A software keyboard can appear on screen and you can use that to type anything you want. But for typing out entire documents, a physical keyboard is still much better than the on-screen keyboard of the iPad.
The use of the application:
A problem with the iPad is the use of applications. Although there are thousands of applications for the iPad, it is nowhere near that to laptops. You also can't install just any application as there is no way to do that outside of the Apple app store; so you can't create your own program on the iPad and run it. Another software problem is the lack of true multi-tasking. This is a limitation imposed by Apple in order to prevent users from running too many applications and bogging down the iPad.
Hardware:Aside from software issues, there are also several hardware limitations to the iPad. First, its battery is built-in to the device and is not user replaceable. This means you can't have spare batteries and you need to look for an outlet every time you run out of charge. You also do not have the option to upgrade any part or even use external storage like memory cards or flash drives. The only way to upgrade the iPad is to get a newer one in case they release one. Although upgrade options for laptops are pretty limited, it is existent.Summary:
The iPad takes the form of a tablet rather than that of the laptop
The iPad lacks a keyboard but has a touch screen while it's the other way around for most laptops
You can't install just any application on an iPad unlike on a laptop
The iPad lacks true multi-tasking present in laptops
The iPad does not have user replaceable batteries unlike laptops
The iPad is not upgradeable unlike laptops
For more information about ipad including ipad books download, you can visit
I can't turn off the caps lock key on my key key

Is this an Apple Keyboard? It is a USB wired or wireless bluetooth keyboard? Is the "caps lock key" the only affected key? Are there other keys being affected? I suspect a hardware issue. If you have a can of compressed air with that small tube on the end, blow some compressed air in and around that particular key to see if any material might be dislodged. If after blowing air around the "caps lock key" still shows the key to be stuck, then move the keyboard to another mac system to see if the problem persists. If the problem persists, then its either a trip to an apple authorized repair shop for the keyboard, or purchase another one. Hope that helps.

My number 1 key on the numberpad is stuck

Step 1:
What sort Of stuck ?

A stuck key on a keyboard is one of those annoying things. The typical desktop keyboard has about 104 keys, a laptop keyboard has a few less. The problem of a stuck key can be a hardware or a software problem or the key itself might be the culprit.

Hit the key several times. This will almost always unstuck a key. Clean the keyboard with an approved keyboard cleaner. These often come as wipes. People sometimes spill food and drink that can make keys sticky. Pop the keys out using a small knife or flathead screwdriver. Most keys pop right out and can be pushed right back in place. Look for something that might be blocking the key and remove anything you find.
