Digital cameras are not as fast as film cameras. It could be you are just moving too much. Try an image with the camera on a table or shelf, so that it can not move, and be sure to wait a second or two, for the image to finish.
Of course if you dropped it or something, that would be different, and then warranty would be your best bet.
