Why do my emails to others show windows live mail not my personal email address?

Really need more info than what you gave.
Your emails are sending through the Live mail server. Your personal email? is that from your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? Check the setting or options on your email client (program) it should have a reply to field you could set that as your personal email address. It is also possibly where the setting is that is sending through the live mail server.
You might need to set your ISP as the default. For example I use Thunderbird. It checks my ISP email and 3 Gmail addresses but when I send by default I send through one of my Gmail addresses but I can use a drop down box to select a different send server if I want to appear as coming from a different address.

Facebook login com

You need to use different e-mail's. Since e-mail is used to log into the site, a different person cant use the same email to log in or it would conflict with the other person who already has it associated to their password and profile.

Just create a new email on a website, use it to log into Facebook and you never have to use the email for anything else.

When i log in on a different p.c with my account,i get only old e mails, not current ones.please help thanks

If you log in on the Website of the E-mail service (Google or other) you see the current Emails. But if you have a personal user Email account such as Outlook on several computers you must refresh or check your Email on each computer separately. If you access your company's Email server through different company computers you are accessing the same server and the Email messages are up to date.

I send emails and they are not received at one particular recipient, although perfectly OK at others

Since everyone gets the mail except one person, the problem lies with that person. Either their spam filter is filtering out your mail or you have the wrong address for them.
The spam filter can be at the ISP level or on their computer.

Emails not reaching destination although they are in 'sent box'

Hello,
This can be due to your destination server's security settings that are set to reject incoming Yahoo emails, that were largely used by spammers in the past years.
What you can do is call the person you are trying to reach by email, and ask him if there was any security settings set by his company or ISP.
Frequently companies are using "blacklists" in order to block junk mail. You are then in a "false positive" situation that is hard to solve. Try to send from another email adress to see if that still happens.
Hope this helps

Can I access my email from a different computer while on vacation

If you use Outlook to POP your email and do not leave your e-mail on the server then No. However, if you use POP and leave the e-mail on the server or use IMAP then you should be able to log into a webmail interface that is offered through whatever e-mail provider you are using. Please clarify how you have your e-mail set up and what type of account it is for further assistance.

I am runing vista in mail how can i set up and extra identity so i can e-mail things from work to home

Windows Mail does not support multiple identities.
About the best you can do is use message rules to separate incoming
email so that different accounts go into different inbox folders.

Another option (not free) can be obtained here:
http://www.oehelp.com/WMIDs/

A third option is to upgrade to Windows Live Mail (WLM).
Although WLM doesn't have the full-blown Identities feature
that OE had, nevertheless it has some of that functionality.
Separate folders for each account help to keep mail separated
without having to use any message rules.
Also, when a given account folder is highlighted, starting a new
message will automatically use that account identity, rather
than the default account identity that WM uses.
