Question about Insignia Car Audio & Video
Well the first thing that I discover is that it has a 1 year warranty thats good. I also notice according to the manual that the faceplate is detachable try cleaaning the contacts on the headunit and or faceplace also if the faceplate was dropped the backlight may have gone out. If none of those are the case sorry to hear about problems so early in your ownership of the unit. However doing a more expansive search of Insignia as a whole they are a bargain line and unfortunately sometimes quality control is sacrificed. If cleaning the contacts doesn't fix it try the RMA route evidenty it is a brand specifically manufactured for Best Buy the website is www.insignia-products.com and the customer support phone# is 877-467-4289
