I found this link to a manual at http://manuals.appliancesonline.com.au/wtm3000pbrh/wtm3000pbrh.pdf . If it was me. The first thing I would do is to unplug the refrigerator for 15 minutes and then plug it back in. I would do this to reset the control board. If you are changing the temperatures and they reset to factory setting then you might have a problem with the control board. Try unpluging it and see if that works first. Refrigerator repair can be difficult and if that does not work you may have to contact a repairman in your area to come out and diagnose it. If I can help you please contact me HERE.
I don't know if you've already figured out how to remove the front panel on your refrigerator crisper bin, but here it is. Once the drawer is removed, pull back those clips on the top left & right of the front of the drawer.Just hold the side and pull back at the same time, then you can remove it. Once both side have been released you should be able to remove the clear plastic front and clean both pieces. I hope that is clear enough. Best of luck, unless of course you've already discovered the answer yourself.
Likely clogged drain line somewhere between the freezer section and the drain pan on the bottom of the appliance. The drain line should beon plain view on the back wall of the fridge. Disconnect and clean.
OK, I am going to give you a lot of information on one page, so please read carefully and choose the parts that apply to you. PS, Please rate my solution and my thanks to all the Guru's that helped put the following page together. please click on link below, Thanks Sea Breeze
there is a cup in the back wall of the fridge that is the drain pull it out gently and clean it plus take a small hose and blow through the small hole if there is no cup check under the crisper to see if the drain hole is there
Your drain tube is stopped up. Take the panel off in the freezer section and chip away the ice in the pan below the coil. When you get to the drain hole pour hot water in it until it free flows. You will need a towel in the freezer to catch the excess water. Run some extra hot water through it to assure that you clean the drain out good.
