Where can I find a driver/adapter for Advent X19W LCD Monitor?

Goto device manager , uninstall the card. go into control panel and check that the driver is uninstalled from the programs list. Swich of the pc for a minute or two then reboot Windows updares does not download drivers for graphics cards so will not install or reinstall the driver that is causing the issue, 307? Users forget to uninstall from program manger in control panel which is why the card keeps reinstalling with the undesired driver.
Please let me know what happens

I have a couple VHS-C tapes that drag

This may be caused by a faulty adapter. 1. try playing in the camera. 2. try a different tape. 3. try a different adapter.99% this is a problem with the adapter or the tape. It really sounds like the tape isn't turning freely, which can be caused by a brake sticking, or spindle in the tape or adapter.

Kds K-92bw After about 5 min the screen goes blank..turning the unit off than back on the screen looks great for a while about 3 min than goes black..seems to be a caused by heat

This issue is most likely caused by a capasitor doing bad. There is no easy fix. It must be disembled and the power supply repaired. If done properly, it should cost somewhere between $ 50 to $125. But it may do it again as the Pwoer supply is a known issue for this monitor. Sorry.

Viewsonic ve150m problem white screen

Are you still using the same computer that was set to 200Hz? If so, start Windoze in safe mode and reset the display properties to 1024 x 768 60Hz. Reboot the computer and everything should be OK.

Does this model use an external ac adapter or an internal power supply? Twice I have seen a white screen caused by bad capacitors in the power supply. They may look good, but you should replace them anyway. Look in the 2ndary circuit of the power supply, you should see some capacitors that are (for example) 220uF 16 to 25V, 470uF 16 to 25V, 1000 uF 16 to 25V (all those capacitors could be 16V or 25V). Replace them and try the monitor again.
If it uses an ac adapter, try a different 12V adapter. Make sure it has the same or higher amperage rating. If you can't find one, you will have to measure the power going onto the board inside the unit while the adapter is plugged in and the monitor turned on. If it is less than 12V you need a new adapter.
If none of this helps, the panel or main board may be damaged. In most cases these two parts cannot be repaired.

Screen goes black and power light goes out after a few minutes

it would seem that one of the internal components has failed / overheated Dont open the rear of the monitor !

if pos drop it into your nearest pc repair shop and have is serviced it may just need cleaned to free it from dust build up
on the inner parts this may be causing the unit to over heat

LG Flatron monitor problem

Hi,

It is often difficult to diagnose/repair an intermittent problem. It could very well be any of the circuitry and components inside: video interface, CCF Lamp, inverter, power supply. All of which would require that you open the casing and poke around inside and that you be familiar with electronic components & circuitries, soldering and use of a continuity/volt meter.

Doing so would void your warranty (being just a couple of months). Perhaps your best bet would be to seek repair/replacement of the monitor from your dealer/supplier and describe fully the nature and frequency of the incidence. It may be that when they test it will check good.

Should you choose to open it up yourself, post back.

Good luck and kind regards.
